Freestanding Constant Heat Sealers are designed for sealing pre-cut plain and gusseted foil lined bags where higher sealing temperatures are required than those typically used with standard impulse sealers. These machines are sealers only and do not include an integrated cutter, so the bag or material must already be cut to the required size before sealing. The range includes treadle-operated models with hands-free operation, making them suitable for larger bagged products where both hands may be needed to position and support the bag during sealing. Constant heat technology provides a continuous sealing temperature, with adjustable settings from 30°C to 200°C to suit different packaging materials and sealing requirements. Available with 300mm and 600mm seal lengths, the range can be selected according to the width of the bag being sealed. Freestanding Constant Heat Sealers are suitable for packaging environments where reliable, regular sealing of foil lined bags is required, without the need for an integrated cutting function.
