Woven cord (composite) polyester strapping is a stronger, safer and greener alternative to steel for securing pallets, crates and irregular loads across manufacturing, timber and panel products, engineering and export shipping. Made from interlaced polyester fibres, it is used with strapping buckles to deliver high system strength and allows straightforward re-tensioning if loads settle. The range covers multiple widths and strengths to suit applications from unitising to case bracing, with a soft, flexible hand that conforms well to irregular shapes. Standard woven coils are wound on 78 mm cardboard cores and supplied two coils per case, while a softer, more flexible option is supplied on 76 mm cores, also in cases of two. For high-volume needs, code WPH105 is supplied eight coils per case to simplify stocking and changeovers. For best results, pair with the correct buckles, dispensers and tensioners, and use edge protection where sharp corners are present.
