Bale Press Strapping

Bale press polyester strapping is engineered for securing compacted bales of cardboard, plastics and other recyclables on vertical and horizontal baling presses. Made from high-strength PET, it holds compression securely during handling and transport and offers a safer, cleaner alternative to steel in waste and recycling operations. Coils have a reduced outer diameter for smooth feed-through on balers and easy loading in tight housings, and are wound on a 60 × 160 mm cardboard core to suit common dispensers. Supplied in cases of four coils, the range covers multiple widths and breaking strains so you can match the strap to bale size, material and outbound weight. The strap’s low elongation and reliable retained tension help bales remain compact from the press to collection, reducing the risk of bale expansion in transit. For best results, follow the baler manufacturer’s guidance on strap width and break strength and ensure your tie-off method and dispenser are compatible with PET strapping.
