Strapping Tensioners

Polyester strapping tensioners are designed for use with Composite and Woven Cord Polyester strapping where flexible, high-strength load securing is required. Commonly used in timber, machinery, construction products, export packing and irregular pallet applications, they are suited to loads that may settle or require re-tensioning during transit. The range includes standard and heavy-duty hand tensioners for Composite and Woven Cord Polyester strap from 9mm up to 40mm, allowing customers to match the tool to the strap width, load type and required tension level. Certain models feature a vertical gripper design for improved strap hold and easier release, helping when working with wider or higher-tension corded strapping. Used with compatible wire buckles, these tools provide a reliable manual strapping system for applications where steel strap may be too rigid or where safer handling is preferred. They are intended specifically for Composite and Woven Cord Polyester systems rather than Polypropylene or Extruded Polyester Strapping, which require different tensioning tools.
