Filament & Reinforced Tape

Reinforced and Strapping Tape is designed for securing, bundling and reinforcing cartons, packages and other goods where greater strength and tear resistance are required than standard packing tape can provide. The range includes crossweave, monoweave and high-strength polypropylene strapping tapes, giving businesses a choice of construction depending on the level of reinforcement needed for the application. Crossweave tapes use glass fibre reinforcement in both directions for optimum tear resistance, making them suited to more demanding packaging and securing requirements. Monoweave tapes use longitudinal glass fibre reinforcement to provide improved tear resistance while offering a lower-cost alternative to crossweave tape. The polypropylene strapping tapes provide a further cost-effective option for bundling and securing applications where a strong self-adhesive tape is required. Available in a choice of widths, the range allows warehouses, manufacturing operations and distribution environments to select the level of strength, reinforcement and economy that best suits their packaging requirements.
